石油天然氣工業(yè)—管道輸送系統(tǒng)—管道閥門
1 范圍
本國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為適用于石油天然氣工業(yè)領(lǐng)域管道系統(tǒng)且滿足ISO 13623《石油天然氣工業(yè) 管
道輸送系統(tǒng)》要求的球閥、止回閥、閘閥和旋塞閥規(guī)定了設(shè)計、制造、試驗和文件記錄等方面的
要求,并提出了建議。
本國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于另一項國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(ISO 14723)所涉及的海底管道閥門。
本國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于額定壓力值超過PN 420(2500 磅級)的閥門。
2 符合性
2.1 測量單位
本國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)采用SI 國際單位制和USC 美國慣用的單位制表示。對于特殊規(guī)定項目,除
另有說明外,只能采用一種單位體系,不能和其他系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合表示。
對于用SI 國際單位制表示的數(shù)據(jù),十進(jìn)位的分隔用逗號,千進(jìn)位的分隔用空格。對于USC
美國慣用單位制表示的數(shù)據(jù),十進(jìn)位的分隔用一個圓點,千進(jìn)位的分隔用逗號。
2.2 圓整
確定符合特殊要求,符合ISO 31-0:1992 附錄B,A 條 圓整方法,測量值或計算值應(yīng)圓整到
右邊用極限值表示的最小整數(shù)的數(shù)值。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)另有規(guī)定除外。
2.3 符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
應(yīng)用的質(zhì)量體系應(yīng)符合本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。
注:ISO/TS 29001 給出了在運行中的質(zhì)量管理體系的部分特殊控制。
制造商應(yīng)對符合本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所有適用的技術(shù)要求負(fù)責(zé)。為了確保運行的質(zhì)量體系符合本標(biāo)準(zhǔn),制
造商應(yīng)允許用戶進(jìn)行任何必要的走訪調(diào)查,杜絕任何重大的不符合項。
