1.冷壓硅鋼板
目前,一般都采用晶粒取向冷軋硅鋼板作為鐵心導(dǎo)磁材料。由于晶粒取向冷軋硅鋼板種類與牌號(hào)較多,價(jià)格也不相同。所以,應(yīng)較好地掌握其材料特性。
晶粒取向冷軋硅鋼板包括:傳統(tǒng)型、高導(dǎo)磁型和激光照射或等離子表面處理等。
(1)厚度:最常用的是0.3mm。0.35mm以趨淘汰。還可選用0.27mm與0.23mm厚的。厚度越薄,單位損耗越低,疊片系數(shù)較小。
(2)單位損耗:有二個(gè)概念,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值與最大保證值。設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)最好以最大保證單位損耗作為計(jì)算值。
一般是保證50Hz或60Hz時(shí)1.7T下單位損耗值。
傳統(tǒng)型晶粒取向冷軋硅鋼板與高導(dǎo)磁冷軋硅鋼板是以25cm寬退火后疊片用方框試驗(yàn)得出的結(jié)果為準(zhǔn)。而激光處理與等離子處理硅鋼板是以單片試驗(yàn)結(jié)果為準(zhǔn)。
(3)取向度:高導(dǎo)磁硅鋼板為3°,傳統(tǒng)型晶粒取向硅鋼板為7°,鐵心宜用全斜接縫結(jié)構(gòu)。
(4)磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度,以B8表示,即激磁力為800A/m時(shí)磁通密度,B8越高越好。
(5)損耗的工藝系數(shù)與下列因素有關(guān)
毛刺大;
硅鋼板彎曲度;
每疊片數(shù)及疊片工藝(是否疊上軛);
接縫型式;
疊片重量的允差;
剪切時(shí)所受壓力。
(6)硅鋼板對(duì)變壓器性能的影響。
硅鋼板材質(zhì)與加工工藝影響變壓器的空載損耗、噪聲水平。
(7)變壓器的各個(gè)工藝過(guò)程有不同的空載損耗。
硅鋼板取樣作入廠試驗(yàn);
鐵心疊完后未套繞組前;
套完繞組的器身工序;
成品變壓器;
沖擊試驗(yàn)后。
