摘要:
隨著石油化學工業(yè)的發(fā)展,液化石油氣作為一種化工基本原料和新型燃料,以它清潔、高效、實惠的優(yōu)勢逐漸在生活燃料中確定了自己的位置,日益成為我們生產(chǎn)、生活不可缺少的燃料物質(zhì)。此設計的一套儲罐為60m3,兩個儲罐一個備用罐的液化石油氣站系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)設計包括了儲罐、分離設備、緩沖設備、防護設備、管路設施、氣瓶的設計等,此外還綜合考慮了氣站布局的合理性。
通過查閱各種相關書籍,對各種設備的結構、強度進行詳細的計算,從附件、可能引起的突發(fā)因素等多角度考慮,建立了比較完善的安全防范系統(tǒng)。我首先介紹了液化石油氣的性質(zhì),包括物理性質(zhì)和熱力性質(zhì)。隨后進行了儲罐的設計,著重設計了筒體和封頭的厚度設計以及強度的校核,開孔及補強的計算,鋼瓶的設計和附件的選取,附件包括安全閥,溫度計,壓力計,液位計和管道設計。然后進行的是氣液分離器及緩沖器的設計。液化氣站的防護和液化氣站的供應及其儲罐溫度控制系統(tǒng)的設計,并且做了關于液化石油氣儲罐泄漏事故處置基本對策的中英文形式的文章。
最后我介紹了我主要查閱的幾本書籍,其中包括《燃氣壓力容器》《過程設備設計》GB150-2002《鋼制壓力容器》《煤氣設計手冊》《特殊壓力容器》《標準零部件》等。

    Pass to check various related book, carry on a detailed calculation to the structure, strength of various equipments, from the enclosure, abrupt factor etc. may cause many angles consider and built up more perfect safety to guard against system.I introduced the property of liquefied petroleum gas first and included physical property and thermodynamic energy property.Carried on to keep the design of bottle later on, emphasized to design the thickness design of the head of tube body and and the school pit of the strength, open the calculation of bore and compensation, the design of the steel bottle and the selection of the enclosure, the enclosure includes safe valve, thermometer, pressure gauge, the liquid account with the piping design.Then what to carry on be the design which annoys the liquid separation machine and buffer.Protection and liquefaction of liquefaction spirit station annoy station of supply and it keeps the design of the control system of a bottle of temperature, and did to keep a bottle of article of Chinese-English form that leakiness trouble handles a basic counterplan concerning the liquefied petroleum gas.
    I finally introduced me to mainly check of a few books, include among them 《the Ran barometric dint container 》《process equipments design 》GB150-2002 《 steels system pressure containers 》《coal gas design manual 》《special pressure container 》《standard zero partses 》etc..
