摘要:

隨著石油化學(xué)工業(yè)的發(fā)展，液化石油氣作為一種化工基本原料和新型燃料，以它清潔、高效、實(shí)惠的優(yōu)勢(shì)逐漸在生活燃料中確定了自己的位置，日益成為我們生產(chǎn)、生活不可缺少的燃料物質(zhì)。此設(shè)計(jì)的一套儲(chǔ)罐為60m3，兩個(gè)儲(chǔ)罐一個(gè)備用罐的液化石油氣站系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)包括了儲(chǔ)罐、分離設(shè)備、緩沖設(shè)備、防護(hù)設(shè)備、管路設(shè)施、氣瓶的設(shè)計(jì)等，此外還綜合考慮了氣站布局的合理性。

通過查閱各種相關(guān)書籍，對(duì)各種設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)、強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的計(jì)算，從附件、可能引起的突發(fā)因素等多角度考慮，建立了比較完善的安全防范系統(tǒng)。我首先介紹了液化石油氣的性質(zhì)，包括物理性質(zhì)和熱力性質(zhì)。隨后進(jìn)行了儲(chǔ)罐的設(shè)計(jì)，著重設(shè)計(jì)了筒體和封頭的厚度設(shè)計(jì)以及強(qiáng)度的校核，開孔及補(bǔ)強(qiáng)的計(jì)算，鋼瓶的設(shè)計(jì)和附件的選取，附件包括安全閥，溫度計(jì)，壓力計(jì)，液位計(jì)和管道設(shè)計(jì)。然后進(jìn)行的是氣液分離器及緩沖器的設(shè)計(jì)。液化氣站的防護(hù)和液化氣站的供應(yīng)及其儲(chǔ)罐溫度控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，并且做了關(guān)于液化石油氣儲(chǔ)罐泄漏事故處置基本對(duì)策的中英文形式的文章。

最后我介紹了我主要查閱的幾本書籍，其中包括《燃?xì)鈮毫θ萜鳌贰哆^程設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)》GB150-2002《鋼制壓力容器》《煤氣設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)》《特殊壓力容器》《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零部件》等。
