摘要:
隨著石油化學(xué)工業(yè)的發(fā)展,液化石油氣作為一種化工基本原料和新型燃料,以它清潔、高效、實(shí)惠的優(yōu)勢(shì)逐漸在生活燃料中確定了自己的位置,日益成為我們生產(chǎn)、生活不可缺少的燃料物質(zhì)。此設(shè)計(jì)的一套儲(chǔ)罐為60m3,兩個(gè)儲(chǔ)罐一個(gè)備用罐的液化石油氣站系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)包括了儲(chǔ)罐、分離設(shè)備、緩沖設(shè)備、防護(hù)設(shè)備、管路設(shè)施、氣瓶的設(shè)計(jì)等,此外還綜合考慮了氣站布局的合理性。
通過查閱各種相關(guān)書籍,對(duì)各種設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)、強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的計(jì)算,從附件、可能引起的突發(fā)因素等多角度考慮,建立了比較完善的安全防范系統(tǒng)。我首先介紹了液化石油氣的性質(zhì),包括物理性質(zhì)和熱力性質(zhì)。隨后進(jìn)行了儲(chǔ)罐的設(shè)計(jì),著重設(shè)計(jì)了筒體和封頭的厚度設(shè)計(jì)以及強(qiáng)度的校核,開孔及補(bǔ)強(qiáng)的計(jì)算,鋼瓶的設(shè)計(jì)和附件的選取,附件包括安全閥,溫度計(jì),壓力計(jì),液位計(jì)和管道設(shè)計(jì)。然后進(jìn)行的是氣液分離器及緩沖器的設(shè)計(jì)。液化氣站的防護(hù)和液化氣站的供應(yīng)及其儲(chǔ)罐溫度控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),并且做了關(guān)于液化石油氣儲(chǔ)罐泄漏事故處置基本對(duì)策的中英文形式的文章。
最后我介紹了我主要查閱的幾本書籍,其中包括《燃?xì)鈮毫θ萜鳌贰哆^程設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)》GB150-2002《鋼制壓力容器》《煤氣設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)》《特殊壓力容器》《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零部件》等。

    Pass to checkvarious related book, carry on a detailed calculation to the structure,strength of various equipments, from the enclosure, abrupt factor etc. maycause many angles consider and built up more perfect safety to guard againstsystem.I introduced the property of liquefied petroleum gas first and includedphysical property and thermodynamic energy property.Carried on to keep thedesign of bottle later on, emphasized to design the thickness design of thehead of tube body and and the school pit of the strength, open the calculationof bore and compensation, the design of the steel bottle and the selection ofthe enclosure, the enclosure includes safe valve, thermometer, pressure gauge,the liquid account with the piping design.Then what to carry on be the designwhich annoys the liquid separation machine and buffer.Protection andliquefaction of liquefaction spirit station annoy station of supply and itkeeps the design of the control system of a bottle of temperature, and did tokeep a bottle of article of Chinese-English form that leakiness trouble handlesa basic counterplan concerning the liquefied petroleum gas.
