3.2 Objective
求職的目的，告訴你將來的老板，你追求的是一個(gè)什么樣的職位。這個(gè)不是一定要寫的，如果你寫了自薦信（Cover Letter）的話，或者明確說申請了具體的職位，可以略過。
我籠統(tǒng)的寫了，Research position in pharmaceutical and biotech companies。
3.3 Education
教育背景，要包括你的學(xué)歷，專業(yè)，學(xué)校，年份，還可以加上你的主要相關(guān)課程，GPA，發(fā)表的文獻(xiàn)等。

技能，主要是與申請的崗位相關(guān)，我重點(diǎn)突出了實(shí)驗(yàn)技能，畢竟是申請科研崗位，也寫了一點(diǎn)我的語言和計(jì)算機(jī)方面的基本技能。

3.5 Research & Work Experience
研究和工作經(jīng)歷，重中之中。我詳細(xì)的寫了我實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究學(xué)習(xí)的經(jīng)歷以及取得的成果。值得注意的是，經(jīng)歷和成果一定要具體，要的是具體的成果，具體的數(shù)字，動(dòng)詞的使用也要非常注意。
我的例子：
Research Assistant（職位）

Finished thesis for master degree: XXX. （我完成了我的碩士論文，題目）ú
Optimized cultural conditions for Xxxxx, increased the yield ofú secreted extracellular protein by 30%.（我取得的成就，優(yōu)化了培養(yǎng)的條件和增加了產(chǎn)出。注意，optimize和increase兩個(gè)動(dòng)詞非常重要，體現(xiàn)了我工作的效果，比起簡單的 in charge of cultivation具體的多）
Separated and purified proteins by utilizing ion exchangeú chromatography and conducted research on enzyme activity (Focused on cellulase activity).
Worked on protein identification and a total of 15 proteins were found,ú one XXX protein was identified as the most expressed protein with high xxxxx activity.（我的研究結(jié)果，給出了具體的數(shù)字，發(fā)現(xiàn)了15種蛋白，發(fā)現(xiàn)了一種大量表達(dá)的XX蛋白，有著很強(qiáng)的XX酶活性）。
以上是我研究經(jīng)歷的一部分，但很有代表性。確定了內(nèi)容，但由于寫的是英文簡歷，如果使用動(dòng)詞，如何用句子寫出來同時(shí)又能些許地道，這也是我最頭疼的。我的 解決方式，還是模仿。我發(fā)現(xiàn)大多外國簡歷，在描述經(jīng)歷的時(shí)候，都以一個(gè)動(dòng)詞開頭。在bestsampleresume的網(wǎng)站上，也寫到：
Use action verbs to describe job duties. Try to use Action Verbs when constructing your statements。幸運(yùn)的是，在這個(gè)網(wǎng)站上，也給出了常用動(dòng)詞的合集。

有了詞匯，還需要寫出自己的句子。接下來，我收集了這些網(wǎng)站上生物類簡歷中描述工作部分的語句，比如有：

etc....
有了這些積累，結(jié)合自己的研究經(jīng)歷，就不難寫出屬于自己的研究經(jīng)歷。
3.5 Social Activities
社會實(shí)踐，我寫了在學(xué)校時(shí)期的社團(tuán)活動(dòng)情況。

最后的部分，我寫了我的獲獎(jiǎng)情況。

4. 簡歷的完善
把各個(gè)部分“填滿”了以后，就是后期的修改于調(diào)整，內(nèi)容不斷的更新與修改。模板的選擇也是個(gè)痛苦的過程，是選擇簡約的，還是華麗麗的？有彩色線條的？帶框 的？Section之間用一條實(shí)線分開？字體？字號？這時(shí)候，你就要選擇一個(gè)自己心儀的模板了。對于頁數(shù)，如果是CV的話，可以多頁，一頁，也不太可能 夠。對于簡歷，resume的話，推薦一頁內(nèi)搞定，我另外一份申請非研發(fā)類崗位的簡歷就寫了正好一頁。字體不要小于10號，不然看起來有點(diǎn)痛苦。字體，我 搜了一下，有著廣泛的討論，我最后選擇了Times New Roman。
